Tim was my installer and maybe the best & politest customer service I've ever had!!! He completed the job and cleaned up the remaining glass with a great attitude. I contacted him. I gave him the information he needed. We got everything straightened out. He needed some info on the technology on my windshield. Within a day or two they replaced the windshield at my mechanic's garage so he could put my stickers on and it looks GREAT! AND he saved me a ton of money had I gone through Safelite and my insurance. The cost of the windshield and installation was LESS than my deductible.
